Do i have to become vegan to work with you?

No, I work with individuals who are intentional about changing their lifestyles. I meet you where you are and help you incorporate more plant-based foods into your diet.

do i have to TURN on my camera during coaching sessions or cooking classes?

Our sessions are a safe space, and I want you to be comfortable. It is preferred for coaching but not required. For cooking classes, I request cameras be on so I can offer feedback as we cook. I will have my camera on during sessions and classes.

can i reschedule a coaching session?

Of course. Things happen, and sessions can be rescheduled. Use the scheduling link to cancel and set a new time. If possible, please provide at least 24-hour notice of a cancellation.

What is the best option for a beginner?

Everyone has different needs. A coaching session may be the right choice for someone new to plant-based eating. Cooking classes may be a good introduction to different ingredients. Book a free initial consultation for assistance.

are there any resources available at no charge?
